Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our Shipping Policies page for more information. 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email, or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at help@basquiat.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.  Feel free to contact us at help@basquiat.com 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: No, we do not currently offer international shipping at this time. Please check back soon for updates.
