Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items purchased on sale or through collaborations are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email, or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website. Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Our standard processing time for orders to be prepared and shipped out is 5-7 business days. For questions on an existing order feel free to contact us at help@basquiat.com.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to Canada, the UK and the EU.
Q: Do you offer the option to buy online and pick up in store?
A: No, we only offer online purchase and delivery at this time.
